Yeah…it’s a roasted corn ice cream with brown butter-corn caramel. What more is there to say? We’ve been a part of the corn fandom for a while and love making it into an ice cream. First, fire roasted corn gets blended into a cream base with a bit of extra salt. Then, we brown some butter and cook corn in it until it gets golden brown – we add it to caramel sauce and mix it in with the corn ice cream.
