dark chocolate ice cream w/ strawberry mousse
This starts with our black ice cream base but we use regular cocoa powder instead of the black cocoa powder. Then we take our strawberry jam and fold that into the vegan whip we use up front. This gets swirled in to lighten up the rich chocolate ice cream.
